The choice of the most productive stone for 775 socket?
I want to build a server for software tests. Now on hand there are:
1) Mother p5ql / epu Asus
2) stone intel e 7500
3) Power man IP-s450T7-0 for 450 watts (Chinese?)
And the rest of the periphery.
We need the most productive stone for socket 775 and what would stand on this mother.
Is it relevant in 2019 to update a stone on some xeon?
And if yes, then advise the stone and cooling for it.

Xeon X5492 (7800r on alik not prepared for 775) is the most "fierce". And so the Xeon e5450/Core q95**-q96** series is enough for use.
Is it up to date? Personally, I think that there is a point , because. it's cheap and cheerful.
I can be wrong, but judging by these pages 1 2 the motherboard does not support Zeon. The most productive for this motherboard is the Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650. For cooling, it is better to take DeepCool Gammax.
