What balanced powerful PC build to build?

I want to assemble a normal powerful PC with the possibility of a small upgrade (like in 5 years to put a second video card and drive). Monique will be QHD 2K. Basically I'm going to play games, work with powerful graphic editors (work with video and photos from Adobe), well, and basically use it as a daily home PC.
The problem most often in my pre-builds is the combination of processor and motherboard (can't find the right motherboard for a balanced build).
If based on Intel, I can still pick up something. I always had protsiks based on them, then I never worked on Ryzen.
From the video card, then most likely the GTX 2070 super (again, I didn’t work with AMD cards and I don’t know what they are).
