How to play audio through different outputs?

There is a laptop with win7, one sound card. But there is bluetooth. How can I set up so that one channel of audio is played via bluetooth, and the other through the speakers / audio output?

There is a wonderful program called "chevolume". I have a professional sound card, there are 3 independent outputs, with the help of this program I can scatter the sound as I please on all outputs and even combining it.
