Problems with responsive design?

Started building a website using Adobe Muse. On a computer, the site is well displayed and rubbery, but if the resolution of the browser window is 700px wide and move the scroll line to the right, then there will be such garbage as in the photo 2d31f063766b4eb4b50233bd8a8fd8cc.PNG

rather overflow: hidden; allowed, you need to show the code, not the pictures, preferably a worker where the thread is on the hosting

I advise you to do such things on the bootstrap ... and it will be more beautiful and less clumsy ... just look at a couple of lessons and follow. the day can already be quite tolerably typeset.
