The site is not in the index - https://yandex.ru/search/?text=&lr=5&site=%D1%81%D...
Why? There are many options - not added, banned, too early, and so on.
Register with Yandex Webmaster, add a site, confirm rights, monitor indexing and errors in the Yandex control panel.

According to the logs, was the site visited by robots at all? Added to i.webmaster? It is better to fill Robots.txt with at least full indexing permission.
