After all, the beauty of the site is very important. But why doesn't it work? The script is of course connected correctly. If you take a separate block of advertising, there will be an empty space. You have a response from AdSense in the log:
There are usually three reasons for this:

1. You do not have copyrights on the site itself - you need to do this (you can not even read the second paragraph if the rights are not confirmed - this is the main reason), since it will not work by default. You need to confirm here , in the section (on the left in the menu) "Settings".
   
2. The site is not added to the AdSense profile - you need to do this (you don't even have to read the third paragraph if it hasn't already been done), since it won't work by default either. You need to add it in the section (on the left in the menu) "Sites". Then wait for a response from the validator, and in case of refusal, see point 3.
   
3. Your site has not passed the AdSense control validation - your site may not comply with the ad placement policy. Go to AdSense, select "Sites" in the menu on the left - you may see something like "Your intervention is required" next to the name of your site. Then proceed as prescribed (note that Google has significantly tightened the requirements for sites: in particular, it raised the bar for the percentage of content on the site - this was not the case before, which I can confirm, since I have a couple of half-empty sites that have been validated for a couple of years back blindly, but there is one that launched a couple of weeks ago, and it really represents the so-called landing page of a specific organization and the site itself was made by a professional layout designer,

The site must be added somewhere in the depths of adsense, then it will pass moderation, if everything is ok, advertising will appear, and if not ok, then messages will come saying that the site does not meet the conditions.
