problem with win7. 0x0000007b?
Hello. In general, the situation is as follows:
A good friend found a flash drive. Of course, the flash drive was connected to the PC, and of course there were about a dozen Trojans on the flash drive. Everything was successfully cured. After a couple of days, terrible brakes were noticed when starting and working with any software. A friend decided to smoke. During a quick check, the same dozen Trojans were found, but already on the PC. Without a doubt, he simply deleted them.
Later, I found out that files from the autoload of wines, from the folder with drivers, etc. were infected.
And of course there were problems with which I ask for help to sort out.
Now, when you start win7 (x86), the process comes to the inscription "Launching wines" with a flying logo, and the PC itself reboots.
In safe and other modes, it was not possible to start. The recovery mode, both from the screw and from the boot disk, did not give any results. The master simply does not find problems.
The error is as follows: STOP: 0x0000007b
I made an error output (photo here): habrastorage.org/storage2/d58/a93/102/d58a931024ce...
Reinstalling Windows is extremely, very undesirable. Please help me restore win 7.
I will be immensely grateful.

Probably there was a substitution of system files. For example, in Windows XP, some viruses replace userinit.exe, explorer.exe, or change the shell to their own. If the virus is "crooked", then the symptom you describe may occur. In such cases, I booted from a Linux live cd, compared these files and other suspicious ones with the same ones taken from an uninfected computer.
sfc /scannow didn't work either.
There is a system repair pending which requires a reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again.
Nothing has helped so far. :(
