How to access the file system in secure Windows XP Embedded?

fell into the hands of a board from a Chinese arcade game. There is a curiosity to make out what they have arranged there.
But the disk is encrypted - there is no access to the file system when the disk is connected to another OS.
Windows XP embedded is installed there - everything that is possible is closed or castrated (at least what I know).
safe mode leads to BSOD.
the only action that I could take was to close the game with Alt+F4.
After exiting the game, the screen is black and only the mouse reacts.
the desktop seems to be sawn out, the conductor seems to be sawn out too.
Ctrk+Alt+Del and Win+R don't work.
drives with autorun are ignored

can anyone eat ideas how to get to the file system? or did the gloomy Chinese genius close all the paths?

ctrl+shit+esc if you haven’t cut out the task manager, then it will open
if you press shift for a long time (maybe two presses, the second is long), the accessibility control pops up, I remember you can get to the explorer through the help view (the address bar on the right button)
try to press shit + space or alt in the game + space, there may be an additional menu, incl. help or about
I wonder how they encrypted the disk, does this mean a decoder was flashed into the bootloader? Doesn't it ask for a password on startup?

Either reverse the bootloader, or hack over the network. The second looks more likely. There are a lot of holes in XP.
First, of course, google to see if someone has already done it.
