Problem with TrueCrypt loader. Why can't I boot properly?

I have 2 disks encrypted - ssd and hdd. I separated 50GB for Linux on ssd, installed it. It loaded, but the truecrypt bootloader disappeared (truecrypt has its own bootloader, because it was not a cryptocoiner, but a system encryption). I knew that Windows and Linux are two different incompatible things, but I did not think about the TrueCrypt bootloader. I wrote down Linux on a USB flash drive and deleted its volume from ssd, but when I boot it it gives out grub and an inscription that there are no parts of Linux. How do I boot from the TrueCrypt bootloader?
PS in TRUECRYPT when trying to decrypt the system volume with a checkbox that this system gives an error something about the wrong layout.

@Pecenka

It turned out that my data was corrupted , and so it was necessary to specify in the parameters during the mount that this is a system volume.
