Where can the .ssh file be?

I downloaded cmder and wrote git --version , it showed me

git version 2.17.1.windows.2

then I entered git config --global user.name and git config --global user.email . After that, according to the instructions, I wrote cd ~/.ssh and it tells me

bash: cd: /c/Users/User/.ssh: No such file or directory

What to do? Where can this .ssh be or am I missing something?

create a folder by hand.
