Why doesn't tasklist/taskkill accept a password?

Subject. It is necessary to stop processes in a network out of the domain. We try these commands, we fall into the error "invalid username or password". Typos login / pass are excluded.
Tried different combinations:

tasklist /s server /u username /p password
tasklist /s server /u pcname\username /p password
tasklist /s server /u workgroup\pcname\username /p password
tasklist /s server /u workgroup\username /p password

Direct connection to network balls by entering a login / password pair when connected through the explorer - they work with a bang.
CHADNT?

See the setup directly of the station you are connecting to. The firewall is probably enabled.
Ps It was done in a domain with a normally configured GPO.
