Problem with updating via terminal, what should I do?

Recently, after updating\downloading something through the terminal, this is happening...
E: The repository " ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu bionic Release" does not contain a Release file.
N: Updating from this repository cannot be done in a secure manner and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See the apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user setup.
E: The " ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/sublime-text-3/ubuntu bionic Release" repository does not contain a Release file.
N: Updating from this repository cannot be done in a secure manner and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See the apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and configuration
user.
I read a lot about this, but nothing helped. Who came across, or who knows what to do, help.

It's very simple: you added these repositories recently and the current version of the distribution in ppa is selected by default. But these repositories do not contain packages for Ubuntu 18.04, codename bionic.
There are several solutions here:
1) Remove/disable repositories if you don't need them
2) Try switching to packages for an older distribution in this repository
To do this, first run software-properties-gtk and on the second tab either delete/disable unnecessary repositories or change bionic in them to an older distribution present in the repository (as can be found in ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-wine/ppa/ubuntu/diststhere Wine is compiled for Ubuntu 16.04 at most and probably older than the one you have available out of the box, and ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/sublime-text-3/ubunt... has packages for Ubuntu 17.10/Artful, which are probably will work on 18.04).
