VM CentOS kernel panic after kernel upgrade?

After yum upgrade on a virtual KVM CentOS 6.2, a kernel panic occurs during reboot.

The solution turned out to be very elegant! :)
Booting from DVD 6.3 -> recovery mode -> overwriting the bootloader

In recovery mode (from the installation disk), go to the shell, execute lvscan, lvchange, mount the hard drive and save files.
And the cause of the error should be somewhere higher, a bit like a broken boot partition superblock
