Is it possible to bind the ip of a third-party provider to the site?

There is a VDS based on CENTOS 7. Web server ngnix+php-fpm. The hoster raised the bar high for extra. ip addresses. Not very strong in administration, but I suppose that you can buy another inexpensive vds and set up proxying, or are there other options? The point is to give some sites a different ip-address for seo-needs.

Can. nginx proxy.
It has nothing to do with SEO. Tales from 10 years ago.

Generally it is called a reverse proxy. We have already recommended nginx above - it copes well with this and is not demanding on system resources.
The algorithm is approximately the following - take a cheap VDS, install nginx on it and configure it as a reverse proxy to the main host. Specify the IP of the new vds in DNS.
Is it cheaper to take additional VDS than additional IP?
