Problem with TP-LINK 8961n router, how to solve?

Good day to all! I would not say that the problem is serious, but still hunting to figure it out. I recently bought a router, everything basically works, the speed is declared. Sometimes there are failures, for 5-10 seconds, at this time the modem restarts the connection, it happens quickly, but it doesn’t seem to be like this. I got into the log, saw an error, help me figure out what kind of error and problem is in the modem or provider?
