Is it normal for the router to be a little noisy?

I bought a MIKROTIK CCR1036-12G-4S home and it makes noise, not much, but you can hear the sound from it. Is this normal for routers with 36 cores? Or should they work quietly by default?
I have not dealt with such devices before. I don't know if this is a bug or normal.

It's quite normal, it's a server thing.
