How does the administrator of the company find out the history of page views in the browser?

Our office is located at the other end of the city, we have a router installed. There is a DynDNS setting in the router.
How does the boss know the browsing history in the browser and how can one get rid of this surveillance?

The admin has a transparent proxy, from which he removes http-logs (and hosts with https, most likely).
Any way of tunneling and encrypting traffic will save you - vpn, ssh tunnel, TOR, etc. True, I would not advise climbing into the torus - there the nodes at the output can read traffic.

Apparently your traffic is redirected to a transparent proxy server from which the administrator takes statistics. And you can get rid of surveillance using a VPN tunnel to some trusted server.
