Problem with graphics cards or hardware acceleration on a laptop?

Hello, I'm asking for help.
The laptop has two video cards, built-in and discrete:
1. Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000
2. AMD Radeon HD 6650M
Laptop: Packard Bell EasyNote LS11HR Win

Everything is put, dxdiag shows a discrete video card. Adobe products see video and work well, but hardware acceleration stops working in firefox and in MS Office products (maybe in other places, I haven’t checked).
2)I install drivers from the AMD website, the discrete vidyuha starts to be called AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M Series, hardware acceleration starts to work, but Adobe products, games, programs, dxdiag, do not see the video card and, accordingly, do not function fully.
All power settings are set to maximum performance.
What is all this connected with, how to solve?
