Browser or video card issue?

I bought a Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G2 ITL on the very first day I noticed these lines

They appear in the browser when I move the mouse and as soon as I move it everything becomes normal
Just close this tab and open it again
How it repeats again, and each time in a new way



I didn’t run to take it , I decided to see if there would be similar problems in other applications.
But I didn’t notice anything. I
consulted with a friend and he dispelled my fear, said that the problem was not in the video card.

Because the artifacts on the screenshots are not displayed

But suddenly he is wrong
. And the problem will be revealed after two weeks
. I updated the driver and BIOS to the latest version
. Should I take it back? Or is it just a problem of the browser and Windows itself?
