The system crashes. How to understand what's the matter?

Hello!
Assembled system:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-I GAMING
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 OEM YD2700BBM88AF
Video card: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT 1605Mhz PCI-E 4.0 8192Mb 14000Mhz 256 bit HDMI DP 21293-01-40G
Memory modules: Kings FuryX DDR4 16Gb(2x8Gb) 2933 MHz HX429C17FB2K2/16
Cooling system: Noctua NH-L9X65 SE-AM4
PSU: 650W Xilence XP650R9
When testing, everything seems to be normal, although I do not claim that I tested everything correctly, since I had not done any assembly or tests before .
The problem arose when trying to test the system in the game using Apex Legends as an example, the system launched the game, and even managed to play a little for two or three minutes, but then everything went into a blue screen. After the reboot, the game started, but after the launch and exit to the "lobby" at the stage of choosing a hero, it crashed and threw out. After reading several forums on the Internet, I updated all the drivers, etc., even reinstalled the system. After that, I tried to install the game not on the hard drive, but on the SSD, and the game seemed to work and all the rules.
Screen video attached: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-3YAJ6__1eNCSzjLb...
But then another problem appeared, sometimes when the computer is turned on or when it is running, the screen starts to blink, and the monitor works and the whole system also works, but the screen blinks and unhealthy "noises" appear when blinking, this usually happens when the video card "dies". The situation disappears, then appears. The first time it disappeared. The second time it disappeared after I moved the HDMI cable at the input to the monitor. But after a while, noise appeared from the system unit, similar to the operation of an old modem or which happens during short circuits, something rattles. And rattles when opening any window, and after closing it subsides. In general, it behaves strangely. As a result, I checked everything and the noise is not from the fans, but from the motherboard. And the noise came from the speakers, I turned them off and the noise remained exactly the same,
Please help! I would be grateful for any tips and advice! I will provide all the necessary information!

Many interesting things have been written. Even for the most part on the topic, but they forgot about the power supply ... Just short-term shutdowns, as in the video, are most likely caused by a lack of power. According to the probabilities of the cause of the existing problems, I would divide it as follows:
1) problems with the power supply (most likely).
2) the marriage of the video card: moreover, not the memory, but the power circuit or the gpu itself, because in fact, there are no artifacts.
3) the mainland: there are possible problems - the power circuit, pci-e wiring (if you switched from a non-flagship gpu, then the problem might not appear earlier due to the fact that the entire set of contacts is rarely used) or individual intolerance (in my practice it happened a couple of times : once the mainland stubbornly did not want to be friends with a certain pair of RAM strips, the second time - the r9 290 video card.
You can specify the problem by trial replacement of the mentioned components.
I apologize for the mnogabukf.
PS I almost forgot, if there is no way to rearrange the hardware, then it is better to bring the video card (as the most expensive and new component) to the warranty service.

If the Windows itself is normal, and when you start a heavy game, some kind of #oops starts - this is clearly a problem with the video. Replace with what? If there is - change, try.
(It was similar - when the game was started, the cooler howled like a jet Boeing, the monitor went out. I replaced the vidyuha)

Why save on the motherboard? put X570 and everything will be perfect
