I will be as brief as possible when I tried to enter the game (gta 5 online) I was told that the request processing time had expired, I solved the problem by changing ip 4 to Google ones (8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4), but I wondered why the game did not started? Although everything worked fine yesterday, and should I be worried?

One of the most obvious reasons is that the provider's dns and google's dns resolved rockstar addresses to slightly different values.
Who is to blame - here you need a debug, you need to see where the game client is breaking, most likely trying to sober up a domain like lobby.gta.com. or similar to get the actual/correct region list of server ip addresses.
Some providers used to have such a bad feature, they were very fond of ignoring TTL records, and h0, we will give a day from the cache, otherwise we are overloaded in the evenings.
