Problem with Cloudflare or ISP or Hosting?

I have two different VPS with different IPs.
2 days ago, all domains from the first VPS started working for me with constant failures.



Error 522 pops up.
If you check the domain using Host-tracker in different countries, then the domain is available.

All domains are connected to Cloudflare, where proxying is enabled for the A record.

If you turn on the VPN, the site immediately becomes available.
If you disable proxying of A records in Cloudflare, then problems with opening a domain disappear.

As I understand it, the problems with the opening are only in my country in Estonia - definitely not with one operator, but with a larger number - and it’s definitely a problem not only for me, but for many others.

Sites on another VPS have no problems opening, but they are also connected and proxied through Cloudflare.
