Problems with DNS
On the night from Saturday to Sunday, I updated the records in dns for my domain (transferred the site to a new server, using the pdd.yandex.ru service). And at the moment, for some reason, two records are saved for one of the third-level domains. As a result, some users still cannot get to us, and some have regular problems with access.
I know that it takes a long time to update, but usually there is either an old entry or a new one, and not two at once.
Is this situation normal? Letters in support of Yandex, two times - silence (ayy, Yandex!).
I am not strong in this matter, so I ask for help.

pdd.yandex.ru for frequent editing of the zone is not very good, often buggy.
If in the “Changing” state it hangs, wait a few days (at least a day). This is not a dns update problem, but a buggy service.

Most likely, the matter is in the large value of the "refresh" parameter in the SOA record.
