For .com I use nettica.com

In Russian for myself:
* reg.ru - convenient admin panel, normal prices. Many are their resellers.
* webnames.ru also liked it. Although the support is a bit more sluggish.
* if you need a fast and cheap .ru domain, then I use domains.webmoney.ru They are resellers of webnames.ru
Since 2002, all domains of the company I work for, all domains are registered in nic.ru (there used to be a different name). There were no particular problems with .ru domains. Support is normal. Admin too. Although you may have gotten used to it. But their prices are not the best. The company now has a big discount for registration there

I register .ru with a partner of the naunet company, the fundamental factor is the price.
.com at name.com, I like the interface, the prices are about the same as everyone else. Payment by credit card/PayPal, which enables auto-renewal of domains.
