Problem with 4g internet megaphone. Where to dig?

I live in a village. There is no opportunity to conduct wired Internet, they do not conduct it with us. I really like to play FIFA online, for which you really need a good Internet connection (with a small ping). To begin with, I took you a SIM card from Rostelecom. The speed is acceptable, but often for some unknown reason the Internet falls off, especially when I use a lot of devices, the ping is around 50. I tried to insert a working SIM card, a megaphone and a miracle, the ping became 20, the speed is about the same, about 30-40 Mbps, although Rostelecom catches on full ((CINR / RSSI) 18 dB / >=-51 dBm), and a megaphone 3-4 divisions ((CINR / RSSI) 12 dB / -79 dBm). On a working SIM card, the megaphone has a limited Internet connection, so I decided to take a non-public business 200 tariff for myself (unlimited Internet and how many minutes and SMS are there, it doesn’t matter). I bought it, put it in the modem and some kind of incomprehensible situation. The speed is the same, 30-40 Mbps, but the ping is already 80, already very high, especially for an online game. Both megaphone SIMs also work in the phone, on a working ping 20, on a business 200 - about 80. I checked through the modem's web interface and netMonitor - the sims connect to the same tower, they catch the signal in exactly the same way.
I called the operator, they didn’t say anything sensible (
Where to dig further?

Apparently, for unlimited tariffs, the megaphone sets a lower QoS, which is why a high ping occurs.
It cannot be overcome.

The increase in ping most likely occurs due to the fact that operators forward the tunnel to the region of the SIM card in which it was originally purchased. When using a SIM card from Moscow to Vladivostok, the traffic is tunneled to the operator's Moscow network, and only then goes to the Internet.
This is connected, it seems, with some legal subtleties of the implementation of SORM.
