Problem when routing with quagga on RIPv1 protocol

This is how it goes. You need to implement routing for this simple topology. 86565893.jpg?1600
IF1 IF2 IF3
R1 192.168.1.1/24 192.168.3.2/24 172.20.0.3/16
R2 192.168.2.1/24 192.168.1.2/24 172.21.0.3/16
R3 192.168.3.1/24 192.22.24. 16
I'm using FreeBSD 8.3, VirtualBOX(actually one router-one virtual machine), quagga-0.99.22.
Here are the zebra and rip settings on the R1.

And everything seems to be fine, but if I disable the IF1 interface on R1, the route goes to (B) as it should be, and the routing table is rebuilt accordingly. But if I bring up this interface again, the table is not rebuilt back. That is, the traceroute follows (B) and not (A) as it should.
Perhaps you need to somehow indicate the neighbors, but I still do not understand how to do this, and whether it will help)
I would be sincerely grateful for any help.

@Puxta4ok

Thank you all, I decided everything myself (just clearly indicating the neighbors)
