Is it possible to mount cloud storage to FreeBSD?
Good Friday evening,
I would like to know if there are companies that provide a place to store backups, with the ability to mount the space as a partition in FreeBSD.
Budget, about 5000 per month for about a terabyte.
I really don't want to bother with copy scripts. I can’t, but I just don’t want to)
It seems that I heard this about Selectel somewhere. But I can't find it anymore.

If the question is about OpenStack Swift, then there is an option to mount via FUSE. I tested it on linux and it worked.
About work under FreeBSD I will not say, I have not tried it. I can only suggest trying what is described here .
It looks like a regular file system connected via FUSE. The only thing to remember is that you can read and write files, but you cannot change them.
I have not yet seen other options for working with swift as a file system.

By ftp it will be possible to upload a file up to 5 gb in size only.
You can connect directly through the storage API.
Then the file size is theoretically unlimited.
Here is a python client for the API
