Problem accessing ESXi 5.5, what should I do?

Infrastructure:
there are 2 HP DL160 Gen 8 servers with additionally installed Intel X540-AT2 (10Gb/s copper) network cards.
They are connected to the Thecus 8810G-U NAS (it also has 10Gb/s network card) via an 8-port Netgear XS708E switch.

ESXi is installed on the servers 5.5 and 2 LUNs from NAS are connected to each iscsi. On a virtual machine running Windows Server 2008 R2, vCenter 5.5 is installed, which manages the hosts.

Recently, the following problem has begun to appear:
1. I can’t log into vCenter, a 503 error message appears.
2. I climb to a specific host, also the error "vSphere Client could not connect to "IP Address". An unknown connection error occurred. (The client could not send a complete request to the server. (The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.))
3. Virtual machines all work fine
4. The first time was simple, turned off the virtual machines and rebooted both hosts, it helped for some time
5. after a few days - the same problem
6. I found a "solution" in the internet:
edit /etc/vmware/rhttpproxy/config.xml and insert ALL into /config/vmacore/ssl section. /etc/init.d/rhttpproxy
restart
8. A few days later - the same garbage. /etc/init.d/rhttpproxy restart helps temporarily, I would like to understand what the problem is and solve it

Again it happened. I noticed several messages in events like Device naa.6001405f2c6672b30c04b2fa5e233828 performance has improved. I/O latency reduced from 22619 microseconds to 11303 microseconds
Maybe it affects?

@remmal

since you are using vcenter, which is installed on windows and using ms sql express, then the problem is most likely the following, go to vcenter and check the vmware virtualcenter server service, it will most likely be stopped and it will not work, it will be connected with ms sql . You will need to connect to the database and check what is happening with the database, most likely you will need to shrink your database. Then you can start vmware virtualcenter server and connect to vcenter
