I use Kyocera - the current version of Kyocera M2035DN.
Scans immediately on the machine to PDF and uploads to the server.
Only the container with the toner changes (there are compatible ones, or you can pick off the cover and pour the toner into it from the can)
Once a year - change the photocartridge with the photoshaft.
The load is about the same as yours - 100,000 per year.
