How to wrap tagged traffic in the VM Esxi hypervisor (on a blade system)?

There is an HPE blade system, VM Esxi hypervisors are installed on the blades.

Question - how to get tagged traffic into the hypervisor? to be able to scatter virtual machines across different vlans.

An HPE OfficeConnect 1920s managed switch is used, which receives tagged traffic from Microtik.
HPE has modules - HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-port Module.
For me, at the moment it remains unclear how to set up a bunch - a blade system - a switch.
Because when the ports on the switch work in access mode, the traffic reaches the system, and when I configure the tagged mode on the ports, the connection is lost.

Scheme:
The ports in access mode are configured on the switch to which both HP VC FlexFabric modules are connected
Ethernet profiles are configured in HP Virtual Connect Manager, Server in uplink mode - using VLAN tagging. When configuring profiles, the factory sees the HPE switch.
In the settings of the basket itself, VLAN Mode is enabled (by the way, when I turn on this mode, HP VC FlexFabric modules, SAN switches, and the blades themselves stop receiving IP addresses from the DCHP server).
