How do I connect to the iLo interface of an HP Proliant server?

Hello!
Configured iLo interface: assigned ip-address, mask and gateway. Connected through a patch cord to the local network. The interface is pinged from my computer. I can also telnet to ports 80 and 443, but the problem is that I can’t connect to the iLo web interface through the browser. Tried through different browsers. What could it be?
