Where can I get a ZABBIX template (ready-made or semi-finished) on the HP R5000 UPS.

If no one explicitly posted it, then you will have to take the MIB table and do it yourself.
You can try the standard www.oidview.com/mibs/0/UPS-MIB.html , but no one can promise full compatibility.
In such cases, I simply used snmpwlak and took what I needed from the results.
You can look in the documentation for the UPS for details of the implementation of snmp in this model.
