Prices for oDesk...?

I have been thinking about oDesk for a long time, they speak well of this exchange and in general, they say that the payment there is higher.
Recently I have been monitoring projects of my specialization (Web Development), but I see only similar projects:

There is a range of prices, beginners and non-professionals dump, it all depends on the downloaders. greedy in Russia, he is greedy in the US.
If there is a small business card, on a bootstrap with one page, then 15 bucks is the norm if the work takes no more than an hour.

The prices are different and certainly not worse than on the Russian stock exchanges. Which one you appoint for yourself depends on you, your ambitions, experience and appetites.
I work for oDesk for $22/hour on long-term projects, those that are more than a year, have not freelanced before, for free, or for cheap, as many advise, I did not work.
In general, especially for you, oDesk came up with search filters, where you can, among other things, select the amount of payment.
