Receive payments from abroad retroactively?

Good afternoon, the situation is as follows: I started working with an employer from another country, because of the pandemic it was not possible to open an individual entrepreneur in my hometown (PSN), so I worked for several months and did not receive money. Tell me, is it possible to get the money earned without any problems if I open an IP in the next month? Is it possible to go through currency control retroactively if the contract is already in place, but I will open the IP only now? Thank you.

Everything that was in the past, let it remain there. You do not need to know about this tax.
Now you do this:
1. Open an IP
2. Apply for a patent
3. Rework the contract so that the start date is not earlier than the date of opening the IP. The contract, accordingly, will no longer be with you personally, but with your individual entrepreneur.
4. From the next payment, you start working in white. Those. the money is transferred to your account, you show the contract and the invoice to the currency control. Answer any questions that this is the first payment under this agreement.

Just get the money and forget about what happened before and issue only a new one, new dates everywhere

In general, you can get money without any problems, since the bank will not ask when you worked and when you didn’t. You can specify in the contract any payment schedule and amounts you want. You can prescribe in the contract, for example, that the first payment in such and such an amount under the contract is made within 30 days from the date of signing - and indicate the amount you need to receive. And then specify the fixed monthly payments.
Before registering an individual entrepreneur and contacting currency control, you should take into account that, according to the law, you are obliged to ensure the execution of the contract on time and in full. Fines for violation are huge - they can be more than the amount of the contract. And in order not to violate them, you must be 1000% sure that you will be paid everything in full exactly as indicated in the contract and your invoice.
Maybe in your case, for the first time, use some other scheme - for example, register as a self-employed person and receive money by some kind of transfer.
