What do you need to know to work with Wordpress?

Can you please recommend me tutorials, tutorials or good channels (preferably in Russian) where you learned how to work with WordPress? Is it necessary to understand this editor (?) in-depth study of html and css, or is the very basics enough (if not difficult, I would like to know what the basics include in principle)?

If anything, I chose this editor (?) because many people said that it is possible to learn it in the shortest possible time, correct me if this is not so.

I'm not interested in professional website development or an invitation to Google (I'm still waiting for it, after I wrote hello world in c++), I will have enough knowledge or skills to freelance.
