Price per site. Is it worth paying so much?

Hello dear programmers. I have the following problem. We are now starting to do our mlm business, and we urgently needed a website with a system. I talked to a company with which I did many projects and they told me a figure of 250,000 rubles, just for the backend (design, layout, etc. on me). Do you think it is reasonable to pay such a price for such a site?
PS A site of this type was made for my partners for 20,000 rubles, but it is not of very high quality. Why such a big price difference?

$ 200. For such a site that you showed even 20 thousand is a very high price. Try freelancing. I would not give more than 6 thousand. Another thing is design, it is valuable. And if you were called 250 thousand for the design, then there should be a good design, but there is essentially no backend. Only authorization and sending letters + processing subscription requests

But I would still pay attention to the registration form and the inscription "LOGIN TO THE SOCIAL NETWORK".
If registration is really social. network and you also need to implement social. network, then 250 thousand rubles may even be an underestimate.
At least some approximate price can be called only after the provision of technical specifications, because registration on the specified site is by invitation only (at least as indicated on the login form)

Don't order at this price. Create an ad on fl.ru or similar projects.
You can ask this question on the forum site PR-CY.ru (forum - talk.pr-cy.ru), after all, a more thematic resource...
Perhaps there will even be craftsmen who will be ready to make such a project for much smaller amounts.

It is likely that it can cost 250 depending on your Wishlist. On the other hand, maybe there is nothing special inside and the price is really 20 thousand.
