Is it possible to legally withdraw funds from oDesk (or analogues) to a foreign currency IP account?
All transferred amounts must be confirmed by acts of acceptance of work performed, and an agreement (maybe one contract for a long time?), but acts for each transfer must be separate. Is it possible in any way to organize the drafting of such acts and contracts without the participation of the customer?
The second question is the same but with the participation of the customer. Contracts and acts are signed with a direct customer, but the work goes through oDesk. It is necessary to specify the details of the payer's bank account in the contract (as well as the details of the recipient's account), but the money is transferred (wire transfer) by oDesk itself, you won't write the oDesk account in the contract, right?

I wrote to Odessa support, they offered to print statistics from the wallet, as acts. Postponed correspondence with them until going to the bank.
Regarding the second part: the accounts from which the money is received must appear in the contract. This is a key requirement as far as I know.
In theory, a public offer can serve as a contract, and a user agreement can act as it, as far as I understand. But all this needs to be clarified with the bank. Therefore, I join the first part of the question.

Although it is probably possible to specify the oDesk account as the customer's account in the contract, I do not think that the customer will agree to this.
It turns out two possible options?:
- Go through the conclusion of an agreement and acts with oDesk itself (user agreement + mentioned statistics from wallet). But I have not yet heard that such a scheme has been implemented (this does not exclude the possibility of a scheme at all). Please share your experience afterwards.
