Preparing for an English interview?

Good day, I was planning to go for an interview and was warned about the English test, I thought there would be typical conversational questions or a grammar test. Today I learned that in addition to the above, there will also be: a paraphrase (as far as I understood this reported speech) and questions that need to be answered exhaustively + reading with answers to questions based on what I read.
Essence: please advise resources to prepare for the question = exhausted. answer and by reading with answers.

Courses, good English courses with native speakers. Raise the level to the maximum possible.
It's not fast. But, there is no fast option, as far as I know. You either speak the language or you don't. What you describe is not some special skill.
Now you don't have to worry about the interview. If the company you are interviewing for is a medium-sized outsourcer and / or not the most profitable project, then you consider that you have passed the interview (well, maybe an insufficient level of English will become a reason for you to pay less). If a large outsourcer and / or a serious project, then no.

From personal experience I can say that this is the longest in development and expensive skill. In addition to the lessons, read books aloud and retell - it develops very much.
