What do you think should be on a resume website?

Here I get my first job as a programmer (web programming, possibly front-end or back-end), at the same time I wanted to make a small portfolio of educational tasks. But I really don’t know how to properly organize such a business card site

In my opinion, like all adequate people, something "real" is needed, and so that you can justify what has been done and how it can be applied in my real tasks. What job?

How is this possible? you write on the toaster "I really can't do much", and the resume says:
2. Freelance website development
Volume: typical php websites on various engines
(Joomla, WordPress, ModX), finalization and creation of jQuery
plugins, guestbook development, php modules

3. Youtube channel:
Scope: creating a course of lectures on the basics of native and
web programming

4. University social network (C++ server) :
Scope: Designing a
front-end AngularJS design, linking to a backend running on
a C++ server with MongoDB support

5. Distributed network in C++
Scope: Writing a client in С++ (QML),
interface writing
Role: client side design
