Power supply won't turn on?

Such a question does not turn on the power supply, I just hear how the voltage clicked a little and that's it, I changed the conduits, but there are 2 large 200 volts left, maybe it's them? I’m sorry I can’t attach a photo, but they have dried yellow smudges at the base.
