Comrades, please tell me a decent office in Moscow time, where you can carry out post-warranty repair of the PSU (Zalman). Unfortunately, this company does not have an official SC in Russia.

PSU Zalman does not differ (structurally) from any other power supply. Take it to any home appliance repair service, they will at least determine what is out of order, and whether they can fix the second question - as a rule, PSU malfunctions are quite typical, therefore they should help ...

Most likely, the capacitor / capacitors swelled up, in my case with the PSU from Asus wl500gp, the replacement of a single conder helped. The cost is cheap - soldering is also for 5 minutes, even for a beginner it will not be difficult. In extreme cases, you can buy any PSU from a similar router, even from a different manufacturer - they often have similar V / A specifications
