Problem with new computer, shutdown immediately after power on?

Good afternoon!
Yesterday I assembled a new computer, all components are new. When you press the Power button, power is supplied to the mother, the coolers begin to spin, but all this lasts 0.5 seconds. Then shutdown ...
I tried to pull out the BIOS battery, I tried to turn off EVERYTHING except for the PSU and mother. All the same. On what to sin, on the mother or rather on the BP?
Another question is, is it possible to somehow check them without connecting on another PC? There is no such possibility now.
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Or maybe you accidentally forgot to connect something? For example, the second 4-pin power connector from the PSU to the mother? There is confusion...

What is Mom standing on? Check it's not shorting.
You can check the power supply on another mother, for example. Surely there are still computers in the house.

The following are possible:
— There is not enough load, i.e. PSU power is too high for this configuration. Try connecting something else.
— Not enough power PB. But I don't think it's your case.
- The power/restart button is stuck. We check.
- Bad contact. Perevtykaem all devices.
- It's short somewhere. We take everything out and try to start without the case.

I think the power supply is not enough, it is necessary to measure the voltage at the output ...

Technique should lie down. Sometimes my problems were solved simply because the computer lay for a week and no one touched it :)

Did you forget to apply thermal paste?

The most pessimistic option is that something in the motherboard burned out (I myself somehow had one motherboard that behaved just like that, and the burnt bridge was the reason)

I had one like this once, when the paws were closed either on the processor or on the processor socket. Turned it off, everything was fine

I have had. Burnt BP. Didn't hold the load. The screw during acceleration gives a load impulse, then my PSU did not hold it. It turned on without a screw, after replacing the PSU everything returned to normal.

Dachshunds ...
1. The memory is compatible with my mother, I checked it on the Asus website.
2. About Prots it is written like this: Core i7-2600 (3.4G, L3: 8M, iGPU, 4C, rev. D2), maybe it's a processor revision or BIOS, try (if of course there is such an opportunity) to run with a different processor from this list.
3. Check the connections of the processor cooling fan, it may not start because of it.

I had memory problems on my HP Compaq 6720s laptop, the symptoms are the same. Changed memory and it's ok

Does the speaker have time to squeak something? In my opinion, the case may be in incorrectly connected fronts, try simply starting it with a screwdriver by closing the contacts to which the power button is connected. In general, the problem is not rare, most often mothers behave this way if there is a short circuit or garbage with food, so I would still look towards the PSU.
