Postfix routing - how to copy mail to another server?

Good afternoon!
The existing mail in the organization operates on the EServ server under win32, supports the @orgname.ru domain
Raised a new server on IRedMail, with LDAP authentication (Win2008 domain AD), the new server also serves the @orgname.ru domain, but it will not be possible to immediately move to it - test, gradually transfer users, the process is long.
On the old server, which is EServ, you can make an SMTP filter to forward mail to another server (the syntax is something like this: having received a letter for the @orgname.ru domain, replace the SMTP server field with 172.16.1.45), in fact, copying is obtained (bug, most likely, but that's what I need) - that is, a letter that is intended for the user [email protected], getting to EServ, is delivered to the user user on it and is also copied to a new server, iRedMail.
The problem is now with the new server - if I send mail to it for the user [email protected], then it is successfully delivered to the user user. And how can I make it also copied to the EServ server?
The Internet is full of instructions describing routing for other domains or aliases for users - but is it possible to copy to another server in Postfix?
