Mandrill + Yandex.Mail for domain?

I use Yandex Mail for the domain and Mandrill, letters from Mandrill suddenly started to fall into spam, I wrote to Yandex support. Email, reply here. The problem is that I don't understand what he wants me to do.

Ask for a PTR record to create a provider that provided you with an Internet type domain.ru 10.1.1.220
also add spf help.yandex.ru/pdd/records.xml
DKIM help.yandex.ru/pdd/additional/dkim.xml in the domain control panel
