Problem with DNS in Windows 7 on a home network with a router with firmware from Oleg

Situation: there is an ASUS RT-N16 router with firmware from Oleg, on which two WAN interfaces are raised. One of them looks into the network of the city provider, which provides unlimited 100Mbps around the city and does not provide external access (yes, I’m from Tomsk), the other looks into the network of another provider that provides high-speed “external access” at reasonable prices. A proxy server has been set up on the router, which I use to access the external network, being in the city network but outside the house. In addition, 3 home computers are connected directly to the router and wi-fi is occasionally used.
The essence of the problem is as follows: many sites do not open on a local computer under Windows 7 - the browser sends a request, but no response comes to it (I looked through firebug and fiddler). In rare cases, another glitch happens: a response arrives, but from a different address. Let me explain with an example: we request a URL like habrahabr.ru/post/141883/ - a response comes from vk.com/post/141883/ saying that there is no such page. However, if you register a proxy in the browser that was raised on the same router, both problems disappear. In addition, the described problems do not occur on two other home computers: one under WinXP, the other - Server 2003. However, when connecting arbitrary third-party laptops under Windows 7 via Wi-Fi, the same problems appear on them.
The question itself is: has anyone encountered a similar behavior of Windows 7 in combination with a similar router configuration and in which direction is it better to dig?
ps Somewhere I found advice to disable the DNS cache (DNS client service) or Netbios via Tcp Ip (in services and in the properties of the network connection) in a similar situation, but this did not bring anything except the inoperability of file sharing on the local network. Although a couple of sites after that still opened, but very slowly.

Very strange. Let's first try to manually register DNS on the seven. The first, the provider that gives the intranet, the second any other, for example, Google 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 Please unsubscribe what to change. Netbios has nothing to do with it...

And yet, is the proxy on the router exactly justified? What is the percentage of hits and why is it needed, do you not have an limit, but by traffic? Another question, do you have a transparent proxy or an honest Sox proxy and is it used that way? Have you tried turning it off? What is changing in the behavior of sevens?
