I wondered about buying a portable charger.
There was an article on Habrahabr about an ordinary device, but in the comments everything was perfectly painted.
Unfortunately, this article has been moved to draft.
I would like to hear your opinion on what to look for and what to buy?

Separately, a box for 1-8 (depending on needs) 18650 cells and the same number of 18650 batteries themselves.

And Sanyo 2600 batteries.
