How to properly charge Li-Pol batteries?

I did not find a single sensible article on how to properly charge lithium-polymer batteries for RC models with a maximum recoil current of up to 50C (battery capacity multiplied by 50). Many of these batteries say 5c-10C charge. That is, in theory, for a 3-cell battery 3 * 3.7v \u003d 11.1v, I can set 12.6v on the power supply and charge until the current drops to 0.1s ???
