How to completely discharge a laptop if it does not want to?

1) I bought a laptop, the instructions themselves say that you need to discharge it once a month, but, in the settings, when the minimum is reached (1%, nothing lower), it goes into hibernation, sleep or turns off completely (also regulated by the settings), as now it discharge to 100%? Windows 10, MSI qp62 6qf

If you want to discharge so much - go to the BIOS menu and leave
it. Just in case, I will inform you that the discharge is harmful to the battery. The best way to extend the life of your laptop battery is to try to keep the charge level around 60%. Some laptops have this feature and in a special mode they do not charge the laptop above 60%
The only thing for which a 100% discharge is needed is to measure the battery capacity. In fact, this is not very useful information. Does not affect work. Save your laptop.
