How long should the iPad Mini battery last in active mode?

Good day! Can you please tell me how long the iPad Mini (md543rs) should work from the battery in read / web surfing mode via 3G.

In fact, a colleague's device is discharged to zero after 7 hours of active use: reading, surfing the Internet (mostly texts, poyat) via 3G. Wi-fi is off, brightness is medium. "In the background" nothing was launched. Other interfaces are also disabled. Question: is it ok? The manufacturer, as I understand it, claims 10 hours of active use.

Quite normal. I have a mini (only with a waffle), it discharges up to 10 percent with active use in 6-7 hours.

As Apple says, 10 hours. And so it works on average 7 hours.
