The laptop does not show signs of life?

Laptop model : Lenovo b560
Battery model: l10s6y01
Here is such a story, the laptop does not turn on, does not show signs of life.
I checked the charger, the output is 18 volts, opened the laptop, measured the voltage that is supplied to the battery (with the charger turned on), gave out about 2 volts.
I understand the problem is in the laptop itself (power controller or something like that)
What can I do?
I have an option to charge the battery directly. so that the controller does not get into the batteries, open the battery, and charge it directly.

18 volts is not enough, it should be 19, try another power supply.
Open, insert a mediator - any flat object, preferably plastic, and smoothly separate the halves of the case, inside are standard 18650 type batteries, their assembly is connected to the board with two polyimide cables, so it is not difficult to unsolder with just a soldering iron.

Opening it up is not an option at all, my advice to you, take it to the repair, because if you open it and break it, the price of the repair will skyrocket. And so maybe there is nothing so serious there.
